Financial Associate sought by Cambridge International Realty, LLC in Flushing, NY: 

Analyze financial information to forecast economic conditions; research and maintain awareness of current real estate market trends; assist clients in making investment decisions. Source and analyze market research data in investment risks and economic influences pertinent to investments for financial modeling and portfolio analysis. Create various financial analyses to evaluate potential acquisition, joint venture and refinance opportunities. Gather financial information for fund level analysis and due diligence. Send financing memorandum and financial models to capital providers and answer financial analyses questions. Expand and maintain the firm's relationship with provided China-based capital. Visit project sites and track construction schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of the project. Report to owner, architects and all investors about progress and any costs modification.

Required: Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a Related; Real Estate Financial Modeling Certification (Level 3); NY Real Estate Salesperson License; and 80-90% of the time will be traveling to onsite projects in five boroughs of New York City.
